Dr. DeWayne Frazier

Dr. DeWayne Frazier is currently employed as Senior Vice President for International Programs at Upper Iowa University in Fayette, Iowa. Dr. Frazier is responsible for overseeing UIU’s programs in foreign venues. Upper Iowa University currently has centers in Hong Kong, Singapore, and Malaysia. Before coming to UIU, Dr. Frazier served as the Dean of International Education and an assistant professor of international studies at Campbellsville University. Dr. Frazier’s earned his Bachelors degree from Campbellsville University in political science and mathematics. He completed his M.A. in international politics at the Patterson School of Diplomacy and International Commerce on the campus of the University of Kentucky and finished an additional M.A. at the University of Louisville in higher education administration. Dr. Frazier completed his Ph.D. in organizational administration at the University of Louisville.

 Mr Behbat Sodnom

Mr. Behbat has served as member of the Board of Directors for the past few years and he has assisted the foundation to connect with domestic and international community organizations and particularly helped the foundation to develop a partnership with Khas Bank on the television program, and his extensive networking and advisory experience helps the foundation to further its missions. Mr. Behbat is the Director of the Memorial Museum of Victims of Political Persecution and also Assistant Governor of the Rotary International District 3450. He has a graduate degree in economics from Duke University and has extensive working and consulting experience with socio-economical programs.

Mr Enkhbold Zandaakhuu

Mr. Enkhbold is the member of the State Great Khural (Parliament) and the head of Subcommittee on Budgetary Oversight for the Mongolian parliament. He actively supports international education and scholarship opportunities for Mongolian students abroad, advocates and communicates on behalf of the foundation to start domestic and international partnership. His years of experience in the political arena and public service are invaluable to the foundation leadership team, and with his assistance, the foundation has managed to develop many scholarship programs and initiatives. He has a MBA degree from the University of Denver.
