The Global Leadership University is devoted to creating world citizens through education and leadership experiences. We value: Service: Service is the heart of our organization. We believe that through volunteering, our students can create a better world. Service and volunteerism help develop leadership qualities essential for succeeding in society. Through voluntary activities, members of our global society can learn to take actions to help and improve their community lives and the world around them. Excellence: Excellence is a word that defines who we are and how we run our organization. We strive to run our programs and activities with the highest level of management, quality and innovation and are always trying to improve our organizational performance. Having competent management allows us to demonstrate to our students leadership qualities. Integrity: We demand the highest level of ethical standards amongst our organizational stakeholders so we promote understanding and trust. Integrity is important to leadership and we promote this value through our programs and activities.  Diversity:  We value and embrace diversity. Diversity inspires innovative thinking; challenging the way we think, act and live today. The Global Leadership University constantly seeks out different views, perspectives and approaches towards development and this culture allows us to keep improving. We give all individuals, organizations and communities an opportunity to be heard and to benefit from our programs, regardless of their geographic location, religion, nationality, economic, social or political situations.  Community Partnership: We recognize the importance of working with global community organizations in order to reflect the diverse backgrounds, views and needs of the individuals, organizations and communities we seek to serve. We appreciate the support we receive from our global communities and strive to work with them to improve community lives. We believe in a joint effort using a global network of community members that share our vision of a better world. Leadership:  Leaderships skills are not innate: they can be learned. They should be continuously improved and refined. We provide programs and activities that allow lifelong learning opportunities for the leaders of today and tomorrow. Because a misconceived perception of leadership, many communities throughout the world suffer from corrupt, ineffective, and/or even dictatorial administrations. Our vision is to promote the universal values and principles of leadership to all areas of society in order improve the economic, social and political well-being of our global community using effective and compassionate leadership.
